Weekend Update

I took KathyL to Cuba 512 last night. She'd never been and she loved it! I'd only had the (amazing) Cubano sandwich there before. Oh, and the boniato frito, which is great with aioli. We had the ceviche appetizer, served with mariquitas, which rocked. It's a huge app that could easily serve 4 people. I had the churrasco for dinner, which knocked it out of the park. It's nice to be able to branch out from the first thing you ordered somewhere and find that the other dishes are just as good. Also nice to have a great experience when bringing someone in for the first time! It's an exceptional place.
We're heading out today to Llano and Burnet with Scott-n-Julie to find some wildflowers. Maybe Llano and Pontotoc, depending on what we see on the way to Llano. Should be a pretty day!
