Alright. Wanna lose half your followers in one post? Just tell the following story...

I can't type because I'm already giggling.

Jeff and I were watching Andy Zimmern's Bizarre Foods America the other day. Andy was in Arkansas. They had just killed a bear and were preparing poppin' fresh cracklins from the skin. Andy explained that bear tends to be very gamey, so most people don't like it.

(Leave now. I'm warning you all. Just do it.)

So he and the hunters are crunching the hairy (not even kidding) cracklins and he says, "This is really clean. It's good. It doesn't have that bear...'taint'..."

Me: Did he just say... "It doesn't have bear taint?"

That's when we BOTH fell into hysterics.

It is truly a rare thing to get into a laughing fit with someone else. We've all been there (or been the one) where someone starts into uncontrollable giggles and other people around that person start laughing because that person is laughing. That's more about social awareness and supporting your crazy friend through a momentary and complete lapse of decorum. This was freaking hilarious, because neither one of us could stop. Luckily we were alone.

And I wouldn't put it past Andy to eat any bear parts that were served up.

Just sayin'.
