No one, not even my husband or daughter, figured out the "2 Lies" from the meme on June 3! One lie is VERY obvious. The other, evidently not. I'll identify them in the comments to this post.
Met with two tree experts yesterday for advice on handling some arboreal challenges in our yard. Here is your Free Tree Tip 'o the Day: The roots of slow-growing trees like live oaks will NOT invade your home's foundation, no matter how close they are to it. (Thank goodness!!) Fast-growers like willows can and will.

I would never even attempt to make baklava. It's just beyond my culinary capabilities.
A friend at my old job collected tacky souvenirs. It was so fun to see her cube, with all the weird objects displayed everywhere. And since the stuff is so cheap, everyone brought her something obnoxious for her collection when they went on vacation.

I got one right. I knew my girl didn't collect no tacky souvenirs. No way, Jose.
I guessed the hair color for the other one. I could have sworn you had some highlights done before. No?
About 5 years ago I had my hair highlighted. It looked freakin' awesome, but by the second time I'd had them redone, I was practically blonde. THAT was not a good look on me at all.
Thanks for the "tacky souvenirs" guess, btw. My family thinks we've bought tacky souvenirs. LOL

Florida is laid back. State Farm...not so much.
