Last Day of School

Today is the last day of middle school. I cannot believe it. One good thing- I won't ever have to sit in that sweltering gym for a program or meeting again. The high school manages to keep their enormous gym cool for evening programs. Also, the high school is ten times closer to us than the middle school. Yay! I hope the kiddo enjoys high school as much as I did.

Lauren won a very pretty plaque for "Best Technique" of the 8th grade dance classes. She and Emma also won 1st place by a class vote for their folk tale & presentation in Language Arts. Woo!
