My dad's seven-hour cancer surgery is today. We're hoping that he'll have an uneventful surgery and a very smooth recovery. And no more chemo!


Curious as a Cat

1) Describe your ideal romantic dinner.
Secluded beautiful beach. Jeff's wearing like... linen pants and a lightweight white button-down shirt and I'm wearing a gauzy white sun dress. Lots of candles. Fabulous wine. Bryan Adams singing live.

2) If you were a piece of furniture, what would you be?

3) When was the last time you spotted an unwelcome visitor (i.e., bug, rodent, etc.) in your house?
We usually get a moth in the house every night when someone opens the door. It flies in and settles around a light and drives the cats bonkers all evening.

4) Show and Tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture? Or, tell a story if it reminds you of one. 

I think of how, if you're lost in nature, civilization is supposed to be in the direction of the side of the rocks where the moss grows.
