1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Mostly coordinating papers, but a few bags.
2. Real tree or artificial? Artificial. I love real trees! I just don't want to take the time to deal with one in my living room for a month.
3. When do you put up the tree? Thanksgiving day or the next day.
4. When do you take the tree down? Anytime between the day after Christmas (boxing day!) and New Years' Day
5. Do you like eggnog? Mmmm. Yes.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? A gorgeous green bike.
7. Hardest person to buy for? The in-laws
8. Easiest person to buy for? Lauren
9. Do you have a nativity scene? yes
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, for goodness' sake.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Can't think of a bad one in the bunch. :D
12. Favorite Christmas movie? The Year without a Santa (w/Heat Miser and Snow Miser)
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? November, after L's bday.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? No.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? My mom's birdnest cookies. Totally reminds me of Christmases in College Station as a little girl.
16. Lights on the tree? Yes. Ours is pre-lit. Wait. Who doesn't put lights on their tree??
17. Favorite Christmas song? Oh Holy Night
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Alternate years between Austin and Dallas.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen... and Rudolph
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas morning.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Crowded stores.
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? We do a special ornament significant for each year- one for us and one for Lauren. I love blue and silver as a color theme.
24. Favorite drink for Christmas dinner? Sweet tea.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? World peace and a cast iron skillet.
