Deep thoughts

I was listening to the 80's radio station in the car this morning, and I realized how many strange electronic sound effects are in a lot of those songs. Some of it sounds really cheesy today. Nina Blackwood (now a Sirius DJ on that station) sounds like she's been smoking 2 packs a day for the last two decades. Maybe she always sounded like that, but I don't remember it.

Joey Fatone said on Ellen several days ago that NSYNC dancing wasn't any sort of preparation for ballroom dancing, that it wasn't like he ever grabbed JC and did the tango or anything. Ahaha. SURE.

Did you see the last clip of that cruise ship sinking into the Mediterranean? It was hardly Titanic. The lifeboats were right next to it and they weren't sucked into a whirlpool. They barely moved. Very interesting.

Why oh why are all the Texans on the national news totally oddballs? The "bird man" who climbed that 60-foot tree to get his cockatoo, and then couldn't get down while holding it? Cripes.

The Office was a little disappointing last night. Too much drama- not enough humor. Plenty of laughs, but as a ratio, not as funny as most. The funniest thing ever though-- Jim's face after seeing Dwight and Angela kissing. ROFL!
