Football this morning!! BTHO Arkansas.

Went to Scarlet's graduation from army medic training yesterday. She was an exceptional student- so awesome!

They had a fabulous speaker at the ceremony. He gave them very practical advice- things everyone should know before being an independent adult, whether you're in the military or not. He spoke about being responsible with money, choosing the right friends, choosing the right spouse, getting or continuing your college education, always having a designated driver when you go out... really useful stuff. That's so much better than the whole "As you look forward with eager eyes, towards a new horizon..." gradspeak.

After graduation, we spent the afternoon at a grad party at Cathy's ex's house. Scarlet is off to Korea in the next few weeks. She's planning to visit Japan a few times while she's stationed there.
